Edward L. Haran - Vice President/COO
Ed has over 25 years of professional experience in a broad range of industries. Ed’s experience includes project management, business and IT resiliency, financial management, IT policies and processes, business analysis, risk assessment, auditing, and strategic and tactical planning.
Ed is a seasoned professional with many years of senior management experience, working and living both domestically and internationally.
As a Partner with KPMG, Ed was responsible for the development and management of a multi-million dollar Advisory practice meeting KPMG’s national and global financial goals, recruiting and personnel management, development and management of practice resources, as well as P&L responsibility.
Ed also developed KPMG’s regional and national Continuity Practice while participating as a global practice leader for service outside the US. The development of the practice required the creation of a standard national and global methodology utilizing the best current practices and industry standards integrated with technology solutions.
As the North American Technology Partner for KPMG’s fourth largest non-audit client, Ed delivered services in the areas of IT governance and performance, project management, sourcing, operating effectiveness, and continuity and security.

Montie G. Grimes, CBCP, CISA, CDCP - Vice President
Montie has over twenty years of experience in enterprise communications, with a focus on applied technology and cost management. He is skilled in operational assessment, technology evaluation, and financial analysis. Additionally, he has experience in international carrier selection and contract negotiations, global network planning and design, and disaster recovery planning and design.
Montie led the Telecommunications Financial Risk Management practice at KPMG, an Assurance and Advisory firm, for 12 years.
Before joining KPMG, Montie directed the enterprise technology operation for a regional bank and national mortgage company. Prior to banking he spent 15 years with AT&T. He has directed technological due diligence efforts for corporate acquisition activities. His background as a vendor (technical), a client (operational) and a consultant (business/financial) qualifies him as a unique resource.
He holds certifications as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Six Sigma Greenbelt, and a Certified Mediator.

Pamiel J. Gaskin, CISA, ITIL - Vice President
Pam has over 25 years of experience in sales management, contract development and negotiation, and business process analysis. Her experience as a Sales Director at AT&T included sales management of teams responsible for Fortune 50 clients in the Southwest and Midwest. As a member of one of the Big Four accounting firms, Pam amassed significant experience in assisting clients with development and testing of internal controls over financial reporting, telecommunications cost containment and reduction, and technical assessment of network topologies. She has also assisted clients in launching Technology Compliance functions. Pam earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and completed Executive Education at the University of Michigan School of Business. She holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA), Six Sigma Greenbelt, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and is a certified Mediator.
